To manage the payroll activities of the organisation.
To manage the statutory compliance like EPF, ESI, insurance etc of the employees
Should be responsible for timesheet management of employees
To participate in different policy formulation activities for the organisation
To look after the employee benefits, compensations, bonus etc.
Preparation of reports and MIS
To represent in front of Govt officials / Auditors for various statutory compliance activities
Candidate Profile
Should have very good exposure in Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Should have managed Employees data in HRMIS Software
Should have excellent communication skill & pleasant personality
Qualification: MBA / PGDM
MBA qualified candidates having relevant exposure in Payroll & Statutory Compliance can apply. Selected candidate to be involved in Timesheet Management, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliance of the employees
