Description
Monitor employee attendance to ensure that employees are regularly showing up for work on time
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
Identify and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
Direct the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data
Manage and resolving any issues related to payroll
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
Supporting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives.
Continuous upkeep and monitor internal HR systems and databases.
Monitor and reporting on key HR metrics.
Address employees queries on operational matters.
Develop and implement new HR policies and maintains companys HR systems.
Ensure companys HR initiatives run smoothly.
Conduct periodic scan of industry standards and best practices in HR management and develop proactive recommendations for integration of appropriate practices.
Effectively coordinate, ensure quick resolution, and provide all necessary support towards Employee administration.
Full coordination support to ongoing hiring’s across company
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree, Major in HR/ Finance or MBA preferred
8 to 10 years of working experience in HR generalist & Payroll
Thorough understanding of Payroll Process, HR Operation, Salary Processing.
Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Must have handled a team
