Roles and Responsibilities
A leading Financial Securities company is looking for HR professionals in generalist role.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Manage employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage performance management.Ensure the KRA / KPIs are aligned with the Annual Performance Review Process.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.Set objectives, coaches/mentors, assesses performance and addresses skill development for direct reports
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, both physical and digital.
Stay updated on company compliances.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Holistic knowledge and experience to drive HR function
Self-driven leaders who can work with minimum monitoring and can incorporate best practices, drive projects which need automation and perform beyond expectations.
A Go to person who can act as a strong bridge between employees and Company leadership and engage across the hierarchy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
