Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the HRBP Manager, you will balance corporate, function, geographic business needs in deploying HR programs to the business units, and collaborate with global HR team to influence the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to meet business needs.
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
As a Site HR Business Partner (Generalist) at Micron Technology, Inc you are responsible for driving and leading the organizational people strategy and initiatives at a site leadership level.
Good verbal and written communication.
Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations and Exit formalities.
Recruitment, Onboarding, Documentation, Leav management, Payroll Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills
Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and decent typing skills required.
Proficient in MS office Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS Pleasing professional, Should be flexible and adoptable. Shuold be passionate towards HR. gogetter attitude, Intiator.
Previous HR Business Partner experience (preferred).
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
