Roles and Responsibilities
Individual Contributor role as a HR Officer for Mumbai office.
Handling end-to-end recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Time & Attendance etc.
Provide support to employees on various matters, like Leaves, compensation, insurance etc.
Desired Profile:
Post-graduate/ Graduate with similar background and very good communication skills / Computer skills, Prefer from Automotive/Manufacturing/Warehousing sector.
Good verbal and written communication.
