Job description Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct interviews. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations: Address employee questions and concerns. Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies. Maintain a positive employee relations environment. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans). Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep abreast of industry best practices and legal requirements. Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes. Assist in implementing performance improvement plans. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs. Promote professional development opportunities. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends. Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist with payroll-related inquiries. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Organize company events and activities. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
