Recruitment and Staffing:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Address employee questions and concerns.
Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies.
Maintain a positive employee relations environment.
Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and legal requirements.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
Promote professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Assist with payroll-related inquiries.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Organize company events and activities.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Contribute to process improvement efforts.

Working hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday
