Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art AI algorithms for intelligent document processing. Engage actively with LLMs (Large Language Models) such as Llama-2, WizardLM, etc., to improve and innovate on existing processes and systems. Work closely with AI agent-based systems, including but not limited to Chatdev, MetaGPT, to facilitate efficient data processing and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver robust AI solutions. Conduct and lead research initiatives, staying on the forefront of AI and ML trends and technologies, continuously implementing improvements and innovations. Foster an environment of knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. Master’s or PhD is a plus. 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI and ML algorithms. Proficiency in Python and well-versed with AI and ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience working with unstructured data, and developing algorithms tailored for data extraction and processing. Deep knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques. Preferred Skills and Experience: Previous experience as an entrepreneur or engagement in a startup environment is highly valuable. Expertise in generative AI and its application to unstructured data. Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a sound understanding of relevant tools and technologies. Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
