We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Report Developer to join our team. As a Senior Power BI Report Developer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise will be needed in transforming complex data sets into insightful, actionable business intelligence. Your Responsibilities : Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with team leads and data officers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. Conduct data modeling and data analysis to ensure accurate data representation and visualization. Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience, ensuring responsiveness and quick data retrieval. Challenge & Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information within the reports. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and trends to recommend enhancements and improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the data connections, gateways, the power of service, report performance, and data accuracy. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Report Developer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices. Solid understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and data transformation techniques. Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns and measures Familiarity with SQL and database querying. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
