Job Description: Avantor is looking for an Associate responsible for generating metrics and other reports to the business on time with accuracy in data. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Identify trends or patterns in data sets. What were looking for Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate Experience: Proven working experience as a data analyst for 2+ years QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skill Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development and data mining techniques Experience using BI tools like (PowerBi & Dax, MSBI, Tableau etc) to provide profound data visualizations. Advance skills in MS excel and PowerPivot Advance skills in VBA/MS Access Automations are preferred Ability to design and develop data models using SQL Querying Knowledge in supply chain & SAP is desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in Project Management & ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Knowledge in supply chain & SAP is desirable Candidates with experience in Six Sigma projects LEAN concepts are preferred
