Job Title: Business Analyst RPA Role summary: Join the founding team and scale Ennuvizs technical COE for RPA automation with responsibilities across architecting solutions for deal pursuit and client engagements, POC development, delivery of client engagements, focused IP/ accelerator development Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution delivery Help Project/ Delivery Manager in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same. Help Project/ Delivery Manager in effort estimation and planning. Delivery on RPA development projects and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery 2. Presales solutioning support Participate in pre-sales process, contribute to creation of effective proposals for large, complex systems under the guidance of the Competency Head and Sales Director. 3. RPA project development 4. IP/ accelerator development Design, Architect, development of focused IP / accelerators relevant to the COE Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (BE/ B.Tech) 5 - 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in RPA Automation roles Experience in participating in pitches and demo to enterprise customers Experience in RPA feasibility assessment, ROI calculation and delivery management Experience in delivering large technical solutions to meet client business needs in industry verticals such as Utilities, Communications, Manufacturing, Logistics, managing scale delivery through optimal shoring with high client advocacy Deep understanding of RPA technology, lifecycle, and architecture concepts Expertise in creating technical documents like PDD and SDD Experience in deploying and managing RPA Bots Experience in Studio and Orchestrator Experience in architecting automated workflows and RPA POCs Expertise in market leading RPA platform UI Path Demonstrated experience in process assessment, process documentation and analysis (PDD, SDDs), including specification of system requirements for business processes (data, presentation, and logic) Good to Have: Hands-on in workflow automation tools such as PEGA Basic knowledge on JavaScript, VB Script (or any scripting language) Soft skills: Ability to deal with ambiguity, able to come out with solution by bringing in clarity & with quality assumptions, adapt and deliver results in unstructured situations Take ownership for outcomes; produce high quality work product within deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to elevate technical discussions to business value for senior internal & external stakeholders Strong learning orientation; stay abreast of the latest in industry and technology Strong team player, able to liaise with diverse set of internal/ external stakeholders.
