Must-Have:
Graduation from any stream
Strong skills in J to E and E to J translation and interpretation. Extensive experience in handling customer meetings and con-calls
Excellent ability in grasping customer requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication and listening skills
Excellent ability to ensure smooth communication between the customer and the organization
Good to Have:
Knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage timelines
Strong ability in email writing in Japanese
Experience of using Translation tools like Trados.
Responsibilities:
To be able to grasp the contents of discussions during meetings, con-calls and translation
To be able to completely convey the contents of discussion from Japanese to English and from English to Japanese
To be able to facilitate smooth communication between the organization and the customer
To be able to have simple communication in Japanese by email
Travel to various TCS / client locations within India for meetings / conferences
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education (10Th + 12Th + Any Degree ) means any Graduate .
Minimum Percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG
