The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, providing technical direction, driving innovation in our technology stack, and conducting technical interviews for potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience leading technical teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Drive the technical direction of the project, including architecture, design, and implementation. • Work closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and bring innovative ideas to the team. • Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring that code is maintainable, scalable, and secure. • Mentor and train junior developers, helping them to grow and advance their skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in software development, including experience leading technical teams. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Jira. • Proficient in back-end programming languages, such as NodeJS, Typescript and front-end programming frameworks, such as ReactJS OR AngularJS • Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL • Experience with Integration, Security and Documentation • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Passion for delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving processes.
