Scope of Work: Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity Evaluate content & categorize them into different error buckets (grammar vs factuality) Rephrase user reviews as they might be in natural language. Changing to direct/indirect review, adding Prefix, review for grammar Work on more complex content which requires expert understanding of market, industry, cultural and language context Extract/ review content with higher degree of efficiency for quality and productivity Additional - Assist in developing style guides for effective content production at scale Analyse product and query data relationships - Research and analysis of data from multiple channels Identify and correct problems in our knowledge repository using a variety of configuration tools to improve the presentation of product data Review data to determine product taxonomy expansion and target areas in the taxonomy that require improvement - use tools to extract, troubleshoot, and generate relevant product metadata as well as resolve ticket/questions. Desired Skills Excellent writing and editing skills: A content editor must be able to write and edit content that is clear, concise, and error-free. They must also be able to identify and correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. Strong attention to detail: A content editor must be able to pay close attention to detail and identify any errors in content.
