Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to clients about market conditions and investment opportunities. Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and online platforms. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and transactions. Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth transaction processes. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
