Description
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Training Team, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Devlopers throughout our full product development cycle. You will be an integral part of our continued mission to have the single most complete and innovative product in the world of Network Automation.
What Youll Do
You will determine documentation requirements and make plans for meeting them.
Collaborate with the different teams such as Product Team, Training Team, and Marketing Team.
Develop, write and maintain high-quality technical documents, including user guides, online help, release notes and etc.
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success.
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
Research and continuously improve documentation tools, methods and process.
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing.
Bachelor s degree or above, preferably in a technical field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for details.
Strong capability to learn and understand new technical concepts and knowledge.
Knowledge of enterprise networks or network management software is a big plus.
Familiar with DITA authoring tool and willing to work under pressure is a plus.
You have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.
