We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help us create high-quality, user-friendly documentation for our products and services. You will be responsible for researching, writing, editing, and organizing a variety of documentation, including user guides and release notes, collaborating with subject-matter experts, and maintaining documentation repositories.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, write, and edit content, collaborating with various departments to meet project requirements.
Develop procedure/user manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Work with development and support teams to revise and organize content.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
Create visual aids (diagrams, charts) to enhance documentation.
Update documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
Review and edit for accuracy and consistency.
Incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience level: 1-2 years
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field
Familiarity with SDLC.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
