Understand and follow thetechnical writing standards
Create and maintain theinformation architecture
Analyze existing and potentialcontent, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Working with Product teams toobtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements
Produce high-quality documentationthat is appropriate for the target audience
Write easy-to-understand userinterface text, online help and developer guides
Required Skills:
Proven working experience in technicalwriting of software documentation
Ability to deliver high-qualitydocumentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complextechnical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Excellent written skills in English
Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, DITA & Tech writing tools/techniques
Basic familiarity with the SDLCand software development
University degree in ComputerScience, Engineering or equivalent preferred
