Should have experience in designing comprehensive documentation solutions for one or more software products and ability to contribute to product usability, consistency, and presentation. • Research and translate technical information into user-oriented information for non-technical and technical audiences. • The person should be good at understanding product behavior and be able to produce documents like, User Manuals, Brochures, Inserts, Case Study, White papers that suit business needs. • The person should be proficient to use various Technical documentation tools like, Frame maker, Robohelp, Visio, Snag IT, and MS Office Suite. • Healthcare Domain Knowledge Qualifications / Skill Sets • Graduate in any stream • Good command over grammar, spelling, and technical writing maxims. • Good Knowledge of documentation tools like Frame maker, Robohelp, Visio, Snag IT, and MS Office Suite. • Healthcare domain knowledge will be essential for Sr. Technical Writer. • Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage for Jr. Technical Writer / Technical Writer • Experience : 2 Years for Technical Writers and 4-5 Years for Senior Technical Writers
