Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Tester with experience in US healthcare projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce applications, utilizing tools such as Tosca and Selenium. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Test Planning: Develop and execute test strategies and plans for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives. Test Design: Create detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions. Test Automation: Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Tosca and Selenium to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any defects or issues resulting from new Salesforce releases or customizations. Data Validation: Verify the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations. Integration Testing: Collaborate with development teams to perform integration testing of Salesforce with other healthcare systems and applications. Security Testing: Assess the security of Salesforce applications and data, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Performance Testing: Execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability and responsiveness of Salesforce applications, optimizing their performance as needed. Defect Management: Identify, document, and manage defects and issues using tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve them. Test Reporting: Generate comprehensive test reports, including test results, metrics, and recommendations for improvements. Communicate testing progress and findings to project stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in Salesforce testing and automation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a focus on US healthcare projects. Proficiency in test automation tools like Tosca and Selenium. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and configuration. Knowledge of US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution. Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts within a team
