For more information, log on to http://www.aeriestechnology.com Qualification Requirements: Masters degree in Sales Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory) Experience & Exposure Requirements: At least 12 years’ experience in Salesforce and SFDC related Technologies At least 5 years’ experience as Solution Architect & in Team Lead role Must have handled a team of minimum 25 members. Hands-on experience in various modules of Salesforce Classic & Lightning Must possess great Client Management, Client deliverables and People Management skills. Hands-on on end-to-end sales process Will be involved in the entire life cycle from starting from Requirement gathering to Stead State Should be eager to get into Business Development role as well and work on RFP, pre-sales, etc. Roles & Responsibilities: Leading the team of 25+ members Manage the US client/client teams. Handling Release Management and overall project delivery for various clients Independently drive the projects under Managed Services as per SLA and other governance needs Do the solutioning and estimates for RFI/RFPs for Salesforce projects/support work. Build the team and competency, as needed. Own Salesforce as a practice and grow the same. Essential Skills / Competencies: Solution Architect Project Management People Management Sales Background Preferred Skills / Competencies: Pre-Sales Business Development Personal Attributes: Must be flexible for timing to complete and get the tasks delivered on time. Should be a great team manager and lead by example.
