Role & responsibilities
1. To manage after sales CRM system flow and system development with IT team.
2. Responsible for handling new business demand, process optimization, bug resolution & follow-up with developer.
3. Develop Business layouts for after sales CRM including but not limited to spare part management, Service operations, Call Centre, Accessory sale/ Repairs etc.
4. Coordinate with all the stakeholders and prepare WBS (Work breakdown structure).
5. Conduct user acceptance trial in multiple phases to ensure system efficiency.
6. Plan new modules to enhance customer experience.
7. Translation and interpretation from Mandarin to English & Vice Versa.
Preferred candidate profile
Good knowledge of MS Office (Specially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Good communication skills
CRM system knowledge
HSK 4 equivalent in Mandarin language/B2 level
