Job Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant/Manager Location: Bengaluru (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant/Manager with over 10 years of in-depth experience in SAP Financials and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP FICO solutions to meet our clients' financial and business needs. Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO Implementation: Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, including design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Financial and Controlling Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and COPA. Financial Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend SAP FICO solutions to improve financial management and reporting. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and on schedule. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, trends, and emerging technologies, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and user guides. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex SAP FICO issues, providing timely support to clients. Training and User Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users in SAP FICO modules. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven project management experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
