Job Title: SAP ARIBA Executive Grade: M03 Location: Gurgaon CTC: 8-12 LPA Age: 30-35 Years Experience: Typically, 4-6 years of experience in similar industry / field. Job Description: Role Overview: As a SAP Ariba Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of the SAP Ariba procurement and spend management platform within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement processes, cost savings, and supplier relationship management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, etc.). Proven experience in SAP Ariba implementation and management. Should have a strong experience Forward & Reverse Auction, MIS, SAP Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. Project management skills. Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance. Certifications: Some organizations may prefer or require certifications related to SAP Ariba, such as the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement certification. Key Responsibilities: SAP Ariba Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, including procurement, supplier management, contract management, and spend analysis modules. System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP Ariba to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization. Supplier Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal performance and value delivery. Procurement Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve procurement processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains. Data Analysis: Utilize SAP Ariba's analytical tools to extract and analyze data, providing insights for strategic decision-making. User Training and Support: Train and support users within the organization to maximize their effectiveness in utilizing SAP Ariba. Compliance and Governance: Ensure that procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Budget Management: Manage the budget for SAP Ariba implementation and ongoing operations. Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
