Role & responsibilities
Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Maintain and manage personnel data in database, HRMS and portals.
Generate HR reports and any reports for statutory reporting.
Managing end to end employee cycle including background verification of employee ,exit formalities and documentation.
Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters in Business Administration or relevant field will be a plus.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
