Medical Scribe: A Medical Scribe is essentially a personal assistant to the physician who performs the documentation in the EHR, Gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care. Position: Medical Scribe Trainee Experience: Minimum 5 years in Medical Transcription WORK FROM OFFICE & COMPLETE NIGHT SHIFT Skills Required: Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Good knowledge in Medical Terminology, anatomy, medications, abbreviations, etc., Good Listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of providers and patients. Good Typing Skills Good Analytical Skills with logical reasoning Ability to comprehend appropriate information for live scenario Punctuality and preparedness for all provider shifts and work related activities. Ability to multitask and consistently communicate in a professional manner and handle pressure. Responsibilities: Documenting relevant information from the conversation between the patient and physician in a specific EHR on real time. Summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports (History of Present Illness, Physical Exam, Results, Assessment & Plan). Achieve proficiency in navigating EHRs and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EHRs, adhering to specific guidelines and workflows. Keep the provider updated with patients information. Collaborate with managers on feedback from providers and successfully resolve issues. Understands and complies with policies and procedures related medico legal matters, including confidentiality, release of information, medical records. Check and respond to all correspondences through emails. Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA regulations. Salary: Upto Rs. 30000 CTC per month based on the performance in the interview during the training [up to Doctor Approved Status + 1 month quality observation] Rs. 37000 CTC (Rs. 31400 net salary) per month after training; Designation: Medical Scribe Specialist Shift: Night Timings: 8pm to 5am or 9pm to 6am during the training Later based on the provider Working Days: 5 days a week Cab Facility: Point pickup & Home drop Service Agreement: 2yrs with Original certificates deposition (including training) Interested candidates please share your updated resume to below mail id.
