Please find the JD Below- Responsibilities Coach scribes during ramp up (implementations or transitions) by observing workflow, correcting errors in real time, and providing clear feedback Work 1:1 with the trainees to overcome the training-related challenges • Learn and teach others how to navigate various EHR systems, specialties, tools, and clinical settings Help remediate quality concerns and guide scribes to improve Proactively track trainee progress and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Collaborate with the training team to improve content and processes . • Prepare performance reports for the trainees Collaborate with cross functional teams on special projects related to training or operations May perform scribing duties as needed to fill coverage gaps Perform training-related administrative tasks Required Qualifications/Experience Medical scribing expertise with a track record of consistent, high quality performance with 2- 3 years of experience in the medical scribing. - Live Scribe only Training experience is a plus: teaching, tutoring, corporate training or management, etc. Highly proficient in spoken and written English Experience working on multiple EHR/EMRs Thorough knowledge of Medical Terminologies across multi-specialities ranging from Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, Neurology, ENT, Cardiology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Pain Medicine, Nephrology, or Urology. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a challenging space within a multifaceted team where cross-pollination and interaction is key. Ability to commit long-term with night-time office availability. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
