Experience in estimating and sizing of projects based on agreed architecture Working with multiple internal IT organizations or external suppliers, virtually and across different geographies. Experience working in the agile methodology. Experience with Incident and Problem management processes, tools, and techniques Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology areas (Strong learning agility) Excellent analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork. Strong communication written and verbal. Self-motivated to prioritise and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision. Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, priorities. Understanding of IT life cycle methodology & processes. Preferred Qualifications / Certifications Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures Experience in working in Scrum - agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management Knowledge of the data architectures associated with information integration, data visualization, & data warehousing Experience in development and deployment on cloud infrastructure Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience Early drug discovery industry experience Experience with Sales & Marketing Business processes & systems Defining best practices and developing technical standards, design principals, best practices, and frameworks Business Intelligence Certifications Technical curiosity and desire to innovate
