Training programs Work with Ops. Managers and QC team Will be part of new client and new scope transition Will actively be involved in OJT phase of Freshers Need to address process gaps and suggest improvements to the Team Lead Coaching the agents on short falls and track their improvements To be a good motivator and maintaining the teams performance Responsible for creating and administering on going training programs for new and current employees Preferred candidate profile Good understanding and knowledge in Medical Coding with minimum 1+ years of working experience in Training & Development Should have been currently in T&D *Should be currently designated as TRAINER. Should be able to communicate in English fluently and do presentations affluently.
