As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our company. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and targeting potential customers and converting them into leads.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate organic & paid leads and drive customer acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and develop customer profiles.
Optimise digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to generate leads.
Create and manage effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn to reach the target audience and drive lead generation.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and maximise lead generation.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop engaging, persuasive content that attracts and converts leads.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate and convert leads into sales-ready prospects.
Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, manage, and report on leads and their progression through the sales funnel.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation and apply them to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing, to align lead-generation efforts with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Prior experience in lead generation through social media channels
Proven track record of running paid ad campaigns in different social media channels as mentioned above
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including email marketing, social media prospecting, and other relevant strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
Attention to Detail with Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
