Immediate opening for Quality Analyst
Experience:
Should have been a Quality analyst for at least one year in a Voice process or minimum of 18 months experience in call handling.
Experience in call center environment is a must (Inbound process & Telecom experience is added advantage
Experience on feedback and coaching techniques, ensuring improvement of the process through Quality tools on Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma-
Job description:
Perform daily audits.
Share daily / weekly & MTD Quality reports
Share the TNI with the Operations and Training Team
Conduct internal and external calibration
Investigate and resolve quality issues
Should be comfortable working for 6 days a week
Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
Login for 9 hours a day
Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
Multi-tasking ability
Language:
Should be able to speak, comprehend and read minimum 2 languages.
Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi (Additional Language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam
