Job Purpose
Assists in day-to-day operations of the HR functions/duties and provide transactional and administrative support to the HR team.
Oversea statutory labor compliance for India entities in collaboration with location HR Spocs
Assist in payroll input preparation by providing relevant data (absences, resignations, leaves, etc)
Responsible to prepare reports relating to personnel activities (background verification, induction, Confirmation, PF, Medical insurance, monthly MIS, F&F etc).
Participate in audits and assist with the preparation of various reports related to payroll
Address and resolve any payroll related queries or issues from employees.
The incumbent must support in the overall development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure update of Personal details on HRIS and Vendor agreements as per audit requirements.
Co-ordinate for timely submission of payroll and relevant statutory reports
Maintain HR helpdesk requests within SLAs defined.
Actively take part in employee engagement and D&I initiatives
Assist team various other tasks as required.
Key Competencies
Proven experience working in payroll administration including F&F settlement or a similar role
Proficiency in Ms Excel and other relevant software application
Knowledge of local labor laws is preferred.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
