As an HR Generalist at HappyFox, you will be a key player in our journey to set up and establish our new branch office in Bengaluru
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, ensuring the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of our new team members
Additionally, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values and supports our mission
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
Manage the recruitment process from posting job listings to making job offers.
Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and procedures.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Stay up-to-date on local employment laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Employee Benefits and Compensation:
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Work with management to determine compensation structures and salary ranges.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and execution of performance management processes.
Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Gather employee feedback and collaborate with leadership on improvement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree a plus).
Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (3 to 5 years).
Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Advanced skills in using Google Sheets for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and collaboration.
