Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.
Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
Partner with management on the implementation of HR strategies, programs and solutions.
Handling end-to-end recruitment - HR Ops- Message
I is responsible for coordinating implementation of services, policies and programs for personnel throughout the organization; assist and advise employees and managers about employment issues.
Well versed with all HR funcitons including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction and engagement activities.
