This role would require designing, configuring, and developing new business processes, enhancing existing solution in SAP Finance & Controlling within the purview of global template, and supporting existing SAP Fiori/UI5 based custom-built solutions integrated with SAP The candidate should have a good understanding of Finance and Costing processes in SAP The candidate should have experience in full lifecycle implementation as well as support and enhancement projects Should have the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time Should be a good team player who can effectively interact with business and IT teams Should be a self-driven individual who can work on his/her own without too much handholding Job Description Implement Change Requests & Projects as per best practices within agreed timelines/SLAs. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, finalize scope, configure, design & deploy best fit solutions Lead cross functional team(s) to deliver projects. Deploy right testing approach and perform testing diligently covering both positive and negative scenarios. Support business users in performing UAT and obtain sign-off. Manage production releases via Solution Manager (ChaRM) Prepare and maintain various project documentation. Conduct end user training including creation/maintenance of training material. Handle data migration and cutover activities, familiarity with LSMW and other tools Engage with internal project governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and quality. Provide regular production support. Connect and manage stakeholder expectations. Conduct regular status reviews with business teams. Profile Description Graduate or Postgraduate with 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO module Excellent domain/subject matter expertise in finance & related sub modules, product costing, material ledger and actual costing Exposure to account-based CO-PA, Cost Center, and internal order functionalities Good knowledge of cross module integration with SD, MM, WM, PP, PM, PS etc, Exposure to 3rd party interfaces, IDOC/ED etc, Experience in both standard and custom Fiori/UI5 applications Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projects Experience in production support, continuous improvements & enhancement projects Experience in at least 1 project in process industry would be an advantage Conversant with various testing phases/cycles a project across systems Exposure to a Global Template environment will be an added advantage Certification in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA FICO preferred Team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment Conversant with ITIL framework & use of incident management tool Very detail-oriented with superior problem-solving ability Team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight schedule Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong facilitation and presentation skills Willingness to work in different time zones Flexible to domestic and/or international travel (short, informed trips) based on business need Excellent working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) etc
