Role: SAP FICO Consultant
Experience: 5+ yrs
Responsible for Application Maintenance activities for the Portugal system. Primary activities include Incident management, SAP job monitoring, and change Request (PBI) handling.
Accountable for managing application Maintenance of Italy AM and AD Service. Going Forward should be able to handle AD deliverables. Promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Builds and maintains relationships with clients and collaborates with others to carry out assigned duties in a self-sufficient and independent way.
He/She should have worked in Support projects/ Incident Management.
Evaluating client requirements and proposing adequate and effective solutions. Able to drive independently.
Responding to business and user faults/problems within agreed timescales /SLAs
Required Technical/ Functional Experience:
Good knowledge of the SRM module
At least 5 to 8 Years of SAP FICO Support & Maintenance experience
Deep understanding of different activities in SAP implementation projects e.g., Design/Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, Data management, Cut-over management, etc.
Understand how services are delivered in the onshore-offshore delivery model.
Have worked on Implementation and Support Projects as SAP FICO consultant
SAP FICO Ticket Based scenario working experience as per the priority.
Must have detailed knowledge of FI-MM-SD integration and process flow
Knowledge of Functional Documentation, debugging skills, etc.
Must have adequate knowledge about GL, New GL, Asset Accounting, etc.
Should have worked on different interfaces and IDOCs etc.
