As a Digital Marketing and Content Executive at AAF International, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving our marketing efforts to new heights. Your multifaceted expertise will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including content creation, social media management, website optimization, data analysis, public relations, corporate communications, and more. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand's growth objectives .
Key Responsibilities:
1. End to End Content Management:
Create a comprehensive content calendar, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and email newsletters.
Research industry trends and competitors to develop content that positions AAF International as a thought leader.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust content strategies accordingly.
2. Guiding Design Teams for Required Designs:
Work closely with the design team to provide creative briefs for marketing materials.
Review and provide feedback on design concepts to ensure they effectively convey the brand's message.
Ensure that all visual content, including graphics and 3D designs, aligns with the overall branding and marketing objectives.
3. Dealer & Distributor Communications:
Establish and maintain regular communication with dealers and distributors to understand their needs and challenges.
Develop marketing materials and support programs tailored to the requirements of dealers and distributors.
Provide training and resources to help dealers and distributors effectively promote AAF International's products.
4. End to End Website Management:
Oversee the planning and execution of website updates, including new product launches, feature enhancements, and content additions.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
5. Agency and Associations (Registration and Billing):
Manage the onboarding and contractual processes with marketing agencies and industry associations.
Monitor budget allocations and expenditures related to agency partnerships and association memberships.
Ensure that all contractual obligations and deliverables are met by external partners.
6. Lead Generation (from Generating to Database):
Develop and execute lead generation strategies using digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Implement lead scoring and tracking mechanisms to prioritize and qualify leads.
Maintain a CRM database, segment leads, and provide sales teams with qualified leads for follow-up.
7. Driving Digital Campaigns (Organic and Inorganic):
Develop detailed campaign plans, including target audience analysis, budget allocation, and performance benchmarks.
Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
Monitor ad spend, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize campaign performance.
8. Monthly Marketing Reporting:
Generate comprehensive monthly marketing reports that include key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
