Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to analyse their business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions that align with their strategic goals. Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support. Conduct workshops, gather, and document business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion within budget and schedule. Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to meet specific business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members, fostering their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure smooth integration of SAP S/4HANA FICO with other systems and modules. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities. Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA FICO trends, updates, and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal methodologies and offerings. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to clients regarding SAP S/4HANA FICO module. Requirements: Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field. Consultant with domain experience and CA degree is a plus. Extensive experience (8+ years) as SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO module functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations (at least 5-6 implementations), including requirement gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Proven ability to lead and manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at various levels of the organization. SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is highly desirable. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
