F. Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Executive at Unoteam Software, you will play a vital role in the
management and development of our workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to
oversee various aspects of human resources practices and processes, contributing to the
overall business strategy and aligning staff with the company's goals.
G. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process by identifying
talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts to ensure we
attract and retain high-caliber employees.
Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees,
resolving issues and promoting a positive work environment.
Training and Development: Develop training programs to enhance
employee skills and performance. Monitor and evaluate training program
Performance Management: Implement performance review procedures
(e.g., quarterly/annual evaluations), offering constructive feedback and
managing performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and ensure
compensation and benefits plans are competitive and compliant with legal
Policy Formulation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR
policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with organizational
objectives and legal standards.
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local
legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing
adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Data Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring
confidentiality and data integrity.
HR Projects: Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, and continuous
process improvement efforts. H. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
