Employee Relations Represent HR in the workplace, build partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Ensuring employee relation including employee welfare, counselling, grievance redressal, disciplinary processes Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent ( both DNE and Blue collar) in a highly competitive market for a variety of roles Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding Sourcing : Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Screening and Interviewing : Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the selection process Offer Creation and Negotiation : Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to create and negotiate compensation packages that align with company standards and market trends Compliance : Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are in compliance with legal requirements Reporting and Analytics : Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports and analysis to track recruitment metrics to make data-driven decisions. Employer Branding : Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to promote us as an employer of choice Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates to build relationships Skill sets required: Experience in a lean manufacturing environment and or construction a plus. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; bilingual skills considered a plus. Ability to work with a variety of personalities. Written and verbal communication skills. Scheduling and planning . Analytical skills. Problem-solving skills. Proactive nature . Excellent interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to details. Organizational skills. Professional discretion.
