Role & responsibilities
Skills must have:
# Manage internal HR Process and hiring for internal / external positions.
# Managing generalist HR activities
# Managing training coordination activities for clients
# Manage overall accounting of company.
# Manage Receivable & Payable
# Data entry in Tally or MS Excel software
# Ensure all return filling on time like IT, GST, TDS or other Statutory.
# Key activities like Quotation creation, Invoice creation and Payment follow-ups with clients
# Manage MIS and create various dashboard
# Attendance (Biometrics) management, Payroll management with bonus, Leave
Management
# Look after all documentation.
# Monitor and manage other administrative affairs
# Active contributor to the growth of the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
# Experience in recruitment
# Good in general accounting and taxation
# Excellent in Tally software
# Advance Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Office
# Good communication skills and command over English
# Must be from Nashik or willing to relocate.
