The Technical Writer is responsible for creating engaging pieces of content for a variety of products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in software development, data science, or engineering. Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Proficiency with documentation tools. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or documentation platforms, such as Confluence. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R is important, as well as understanding popular libraries and frameworks used in machine learning, like TensorFlow or Py Torch. A solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts is crucial, grasp of algorithms, statistical models, neural networks, and related technologies to document effectively and explain them. Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Position Education and Experience (required and preferred): 5+ years of experience in the Technical Writing field. 3+ years in AIML technical writing is a MUST. Position Responsibilities: Working closely with the AIML team, understanding and documenting project requirements. Research, write and edit AIML content, with emphasis on all relevant style manuals and formats. Should be able to research and collect information from various sources, such as technical documentation, research papers, and interviews with subject matter experts, to produce the latest and accurate content. Proofread and edit content for clarity and accuracy. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for technical writing.
