Greetings from Khazana Jewellery !!! We have an urgent requirement for HR Recruiter with Non-IT experience who can speak Telugu fluently & ready to travel for recruitment drive for Pan India. Designation : HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive. Experienced : 2 to 9 yrs Qualification : MBA - HR Gender : Male/ Female Shift : General Shift Location : Chennai Languages Known : Telugu (Speaking Mandatory ) Job Description : Responsible for working in close coordination with the Business and HR Leadership to achieve business delivery targets. Handle Volume Based Hiring Map competition candidates by visiting hotels, hubs of labor markets etc. to map candidates Provide Daily RAG Reports and Recruitment analysis to the HR Organize High Volume Open Houses, Job Fairs, and Social Events. Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including but not limited to screens, interviews, background checks, document verification, and on-boarding (including documentation, file management, offer to induction completion) Sourcing Candidates from Portals, Internal Database, Linked-in, Indeed and other Sources Understanding the demands received from the Stakeholders and sourcing profiles from job portal & social networking websites. Conducting telephonic interviews with the candidates by briefing the job description and company profile. Providing quality candidates within the stipulated time. Regular and constant follow up with the candidates regarding interviews schedules, documentation, salary negotiations, onboarding and post joining. Candidate will be recruiting Junior level to Senior level preparing weekly reports & Dashboards Strong communication and influencing skills.
