As an HR Recruiter at Adarsh Shipping and Services, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Posting and Advertisement:
Create compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and monitor responses.
Design and implement recruitment advertisements to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the status of their applications.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads.
Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
