Job Description :
Prepare job descriptions, positing jobs to multiple portals and social media.
Sourcing candidates using different methods like Facebook, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings.
Coordinating with recruitment team, internal team and management for scheduling interviews and follow ups.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
Perform reference check and background verification as and when required.
