Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Process Optimization:
Analyze client's HR processes and recommend improvements.
Assist in streamlining HR workflows for efficiency and compliance.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with HR regulations and compliance requirements.
Advise clients on best practices for HR and payroll management.
Data Analysis:
Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
Generate reports and dashboards for clients to monitor workforce metrics.
Change Management:
Help clients manage organizational changes related to HCM system implementation.
Assist with change communication and user adoption strategies.
Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and user manuals.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources as needed.
Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Professional certifications in HCM software platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.).
