Role & responsibilities:
Lead and actively participate in SAP HCM Payroll implementations, with a focus on expertise in the Middle East countries, India, and the UK salary processes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and design SAP HCM Payroll solutions that align with local regulations and compliance standards.
Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll to meet the specific payroll processing needs of the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP HCM Payroll.
Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the Middle East, India, and the UK to ensure payroll processes adhere to legal standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other HR modules and external systems.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and train internal teams on SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of Implementation in SAP HCM Payroll with a proven track record of successful implementations.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes in Middle East countries, India, and the UK is a must.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations in the specified regions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
