Job Title: Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager HR Reports to VP and Head HR Location Greater Noida, Campus Roles and Responsibilities C&B processes Benchmark policies, compensation and benefits with Higher Education Industry to ensure 'Best in classs practices are implemented. Create new policies as per requirement and evolving trends in alignment with Vision of the University. Provide compensation related guidelines to Talent Acquisition team (Hiring Grid etc.) and support in offer preparation (Compensation) etc. Working on/off cycle fitments w.r.t promotion, transfers, role change etc. Support talent acquisition team in annual forecasting of staffing needs of the organization. Support in driving reward processes annual salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, etc. Conducting / assisting in periodic internal and external HR audits. Support annual compensation review process through system set-up and other operational support. Monitor market trend and regulatory changes on CB practice. Reward & Recognition Plan, design & execute employee Reward and Recognition campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with Deans, HOD to ensure adoption of the R&R practices for faculties and support staff. Review and refine award categories (quarterly, annual etc) keeping in mind changes to organization context and philosophy. Should have sound knowledge of faculties awards categories. Performance Management System Execute goal setting process, mid-year appraisal & end year appraisal process for all eligible employees Assisting VP and Head HR in goal setting for individuals across the organization. Should have sound knowledge of CAS as per UGC norms. Should have sound knowledge of all the parameters defined by UGC for facultys appraisal. Should have good knowledge of 7th CPC as per UGC and other councils regulatory bodies. SAP HR Module Hiring in SAP HR module. Configured Structures in HR including Enterprise Structures (Company, Company code, Personnel Areas and Personnel Sub-Areas) Personnel Structures (Employee Group, Employee sub-Group). Defining the Employee Attributes Customization of PA (personnel Actions and PA30 Info type Menus Configured user interfaces Screen Modifications. Relevant experience (Payroll/Rewards/Comp & Benefits/Performance Management etc.) High accuracy, detail minded and well-organized with strong numerical and analytical skills. Knowledge in SAP HR Module is mandatory. Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially performing analysis in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables and Formulas). Basic understanding of CB theory and practice (e.g. Compensation Survey, Grading Structure, Pay Structure), HR-related processes (e.g. Annual Review Cycle. Can-do and willing-to-learn attitude. Ability to manage and process sensitive and confidential data. Flexible to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priority. Good team player, good command of spoken and written English.
