Need to have an appetite for a career in a growing professional advisory service firm and a passion to become a partner in the firm Designation: Associate Partner/ Manager/ Deputy Manager Experience 0 to 5 years Locations: Mumbai, Surat, Navsari, Morbi, Nagpur, Salary: Based on experience & qualification, Need to have a long term perspective Job Responsibilities for Compliance :- Income Tax, GST, Service Tax, Excise, Customs, Sales Tax & Other Compliance Services Management Advisory like Accelerator Program, Develop & Implement Scalability Matrix, Organisation Restructuring & Resource Alignment, Developing & Implementing Business Process (SOP), Establishing & Monitoring Cost Control Tools & MIS, Finance advisory as consulting CFO Statutory Audits, Accounting Advisory, Setting up accounting procedures and accounts department Role & Responsibilities as Internal Auditor :- a. To plan, organize & carry out the internal audit assignments as per the requirements of the organization b. To provide assurance on the adequacy, appropriateness & effectiveness of the internal control environment & risk management framework c. To provide recommendations on the systems, procedures, cost control measures, report on the findings, recommendations, monitor management response & implementation d. To keep posted management & audit committee through internal audit MIS & review meetings Key Focus- Risk assessment, internal audit, investigation, and continuous assurance in various areas of an organization like human resources, purchase, sales and marketing, finance and accounts, production, maintenance, etc.
