Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develops the sales & marketing strategy, plans, policies and processes for the department with input from the HOD and ensures their effective implementation for printing.
2. Generate the business from market in printing industry.
3. Develop strong working relationships with existing and current client in printing industry.
4. Manage and maintain all client relationships, including complaints/grievances, if any
5. Aligns sales targets with the strategic business plan and annual budget.
6. Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers and discuss with the internal team.
7. Ensures proposal submission according to client specifications and industry standards.
8. Coordinates proposal preparation with concerned departments.
9. Ensures appropriate workflow management between staff through appropriate delegation of work.
10. Reviews sales performance to ensure whether the company is meeting or exceeding targets.
Requirements :
1. Strong Communication Skills
2. Advanced presentation and reporting skills in printing industry
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Good Client relations in particular field I-e printing industry .
