Description
We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our high-impact team focused on the US market.
Responsibilities for Quality Auditor
* Support our operations team by reporting the task completion to the stakeholders on time
* Assist in validating, data tagging, and providing ad hoc support across various quality processes
* Complete the tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the deadline
* Assist the other auditors of our team in completing the tasks within the given deadline
* Send a report to the Quality Manager for day-to-day activities
* Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed while tagging the data as per the given SOP
* Demonstrate prompt and effective communication skills
* Demonstrate an understanding of various text and call related quality metrics
* Help the team identify various issues in the call center processes
* Demonstrate good problem solving skills to develop solutions to any problems or deficiencies identified during the audit process
Requirements :
* Candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience as a QA in International sales or marketing campaigns
* Must have knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session and Dip Check
* Available for full-time work from Office
* Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Google sheets etc
* Have good Written and Verbal command in English
* Have relevant skills and interests
* Comfortable in evening shifts
